David Williams - Chief Operations Officer
Dave is a business leader with over 27 years of global brand management and entrepreneurial experience. Previously, he founded a brand and business accelerator for start-up and major brands such as Underarmour and Lego. Dave also held design and marketing executive positions at consumer brands including Nike, Levi Straus and Converse. Dave has applied this experience to the Portland area's real estate market as a licensed real estate agent, builder and developer over the last 8 years, during which time he has remodeled and built dozens of homes.
Paula Tin Nyo - Creative Director
Paula brings her 20 years of experience in design, real estate, international art sales and global markets to ensure design and planning are aligned with the client's goals. As a realtor and marketing consultant in the Miami luxury real estate market, she identified Portland for its potential for global investment and joined Dave to create REZIDE. Paula designs each project from floorplans & elevations down to surface details, embedding conceptual integrity into the finished work. She liaisons with Portland's community of craftsmen and artists to provide bespoke details to our projects. In addition to her professional experience, Paula is a mother of four and immigrant who is passionate about creative placemaking to foster families and prosper communities.

Architectural, Structural and Trade Partners
REZIDE partners with several accomplished architects and structural engineering firms in the Portland area. These partners have decades of residential and commercial experience and over 500 buildings to their credit. REZIDE allocates projects to these partners based on the aesthetic and functional needs of each project. Rezide also has an extensive and trusted network of trade partners, from foundation to finishing and pour to paint.

As a boutique design/build firm, we focus on a handful of projects each year, so we can take our internalized vision for your home and bring it to light.
